RED FLAG READY...

Red Flag is yet another component of having financial institutions comply with proper identifications of customers. There are actually 20 plus requirements and allegedly less than half of the banks in the nation were to be ready and implement this important segment of legislation to protect us from terrorists, non-legals, etc

We are happy to report we have all segments in place and ready for the November 1 deadline.

The team of Jamie Wayman, Julie Cornett, and Darla Harrison have worked diligently with all departments and personnel to make sure policies and procedures were understood by all those affected and involved.

Thanks to them and all staff members for helping to bring about compliance to this important requirement on a timely basis.
